Chargrilled sesame crusted Salmon, steamed bok choy, sauteed shiitake mushrooms, smokey mixed sweet potato wedges, chilli jam & crème fraîche

Tagliatelle of Tuscan Sausage Ragu, classic rich ragu made with fennel and garlic sausages, tomatoes, fresh herbs and chianti

The Zaatar Flatbread - halloumi cheese, smoked aubergine, wild thyme and fresh mint, comptoir fattoush salad (pomegranate, radish, tomato, cucumber and iceberg lettuce)

250g Classic Ribeye (£5 SUPPLEMENT), slow roasted balsamic vine tomato, garlic mushrooms, house salad, hand cut house fries or triple cooked chunky chips. Choose your sauce: Peppercorn or Graze homemade ketchup
