Ensuring our customers receive a first class experience when dining with us is at the forefront of our minds at all times.
We work closely with our suppliers to keep our teams up to date with all the knowledge they require to understand our products; how they are sourced & prepared, how they differ from other products on the market, and most importantly how they can be enjoyed by you on your visit.

Feedback is the best way for us to ensure that we continue to be leaders in our field and we take on board all comments we receive from our lovely customers. We love nothing more than hearing all about your fantastic visit with us, & also appreciate & acknowledge anything constructive that comes our way.
With this in mind, we are launching a Mystery Diner Scheme in order to monitor all aspects of your dining experience. To participate, all we ask is for a small questionnaire to be completed following your booking with us, that we will evaluate, monitor and learn from. As a big thank you, we will be rewarding our Mystery Diners with a £30 gift voucher.
